Account and registration
When you register on dota2, we collect your email address, mobile phone number, full name, date of birth, and residential address. You also choose a username and password. After registration, we send a verification link to your email and an SMS code to your phone. You must confirm both before your account is activated.
Once activated, we require identity verification (KYC) before you can deposit or place bets. You will upload a copy of your KTP or passport and provide residential proof. Our verification team reviews these documents within one business day. After verification is complete, you can deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer.
On the dota2 login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your email address or username. We will send a password reset link to your registered email. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password. The reset link expires after one hour for security.
If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder. If you still cannot reset your password, contact our support team via the Help section in your account dashboard. We will verify your identity and assist you in regaining access to your dota2 account.
Log in to your dota2 account and go to Account Settings. Here you can update your email, phone number, and residential address. You can also change your password, set your preferred language, and manage notification preferences.
If you wish to pause your account temporarily, contact our support team. We can suspend your account for a specified period. During suspension, you cannot log in or place bets, but your account data and balance remain intact. To resume, contact support again. For permanent account closure, submit a closure request via Account Settings, and we will process it within one business day.

You will see our bank account details and a unique reference number. Transfer the amount you wish to deposit to our account, including your reference number in the transfer memo.
Bank transfers typically process within one to two hours during business hours. On weekends and public holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, Nyepi), processing may take longer. Once the transfer is confirmed by the bank, the funds appear in your dota2 account. If your transfer does not arrive within four hours, contact support with your bank receipt and reference number.

Game rules and features
RTP stands for Return to Player. It is a percentage that describes how much of all money wagered on a slot game is returned to players over a long period of time. For example, a slot with returns an average of 96 cents for every dollar wagered, with the remaining 4 cents going to the operator as margin.
RTP is a statistical average calculated over thousands of spins. Individual sessions can vary widely — you may win or lose more than the RTP suggests in a short time. dota2 displays the RTP for every slot game (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways) before you play. Higher RTP does not guarantee a win; it is simply a measure of long-term payout fairness.
Free bets and free spins are promotional credits that allow you to place bets or spin slot reels without using your own money. Free bets are typically credited to your account after you meet certain conditions (such as making a deposit or reaching a loyalty tier). Free spins are similar but apply only to specific slot games.
When you receive free bets or free spins, they appear in your account dashboard under Promotions or Bonuses. You can use them immediately on eligible games. Winnings from free bets and free spins are credited to your account balance, but they may be subject to wagering requirements before you can withdraw them. Check the terms of each promotion for details on eligibility and withdrawal conditions.
